Vocational rehabilitation is a process that enables individuals with various chronic health conditions to overcome barriers to sustaining or returning to work rather than the treatment of illness.
As well as supporting businesses to reduce absenteeism, returning to work has health benefits for the employee, supporting recovery from mental and physical illnesses.
Our aim is to increase the employee’s independence and function within their employment role taking into account their physical needs and that of the organisation they work for.
Reduced absenteeism alleviates pressures upon in-work staff as they strive to ‘pick up the slack’ of employees not in attendance as well as the clear business benefits of having a full, productive workforce.
