Yes, we are more than happy to discuss your physiotherapy or health requirements before booking an appointment. Please contact us on 01698 540380 and request to speak with a Physiotherapist.

Alternatively, you can email us your concerns or queries on:  enquiries@corephysio-org.stackstaging.com and a physiotherapist will be able to respond.

You can book an appointment online under the ‘Book Online’ tab on the home page. Choose the appointment type (Physio, Sports Massage, Sports Therapy, Injection Therapy and Rehabilitation) that you want to book and with which clinician and it will give you available appointments.

This is only available for self-funding patients and not through health insurance.

You will have a full assessment where you will discuss your symptoms and anything relevant with the physiotherapist, followed by them looking at how you move and what causes and helps your condition.

They will discuss their findings with you and make a diagnosis and together come up with a treatment plan that is individual to you and your needs. They will also start treatment in your first session. You may also be given some exercises or movement plans to complete in your own time.

The physiotherapist or other professional will need to see the area that is causing your symptoms so please wear appropriate, loose, comfy clothing.

Your dignity will be respected at all times. Please tell your practitioner if you are uncomfortable at any time.

No, you can refer yourself as physiotherapists are primary practitioners.  If you are going to be claiming your treatment through an insurance company, most insurance companies require that you are referred by a GP or specialist or have spoken to them prior to attending.

They will normally provide an authorisation code and advise on a approved number of treatments.

Core Physio is open 5 days a week. The clinic is open 8 to 8 Monday to Thursday and 8am – 6pm Friday.

Yes, we have designated parking places and a disabled space right outside the clinics in Hamilton, Bothwell and Carluke. The clinic is also disabled friendly.

Our Glasgow clinic has on-street parking off George Square or within the local NCP car Park.  This clinic is well placed directly outside Queen Street Station on the corner of George Square in the Merchants House building.

Yes, we are recognised by most health insurers including: BUPA, AXA PPP, AVIVA, WPA, CIGNA, Simply Health, IPRS, HCML, CS Healthcare
