Stuart started his training in rehabilitation with his HND in Sports Therapy. He followed this with a degree in Physiotherapy with a first class honours. Throughout his studies Stuart gained experience in medical, orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation. His main passion is focused on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
With specialist interests in knee and lower limb tendon injuries, Stuart is currently researching rehabilitation protocols of knee tendon injuries and strength-training in conjunction with the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.
Stuart has an extensive background in strength and conditioning, powerlifting, martial arts and is also a keen ultra marathon runner. As a combined result of his academic training and personal training experience, he has extensive knowledge and practical skills in helping people to achieve their goals.
